How to use the Citizenship Appointment System
- Click on the "Schedule Appointment" button below to select an available date and time for an appointment.
- Select an available appointment date from the calendar.
- Select a preferred time for your appointment, and then enter your Surname, First Name, Other Names, Date of Birth, Country of Birth,
optional: Nationality, File #, Category, Application Date, Email Address, Telephone Number
and second Telephone Number.
N.B. the fields with the red asterisks are mandatory.
- Verify that all the information entered is correct, and then click "Submit".
- Print the appointment confirmation page and bring it with you to your appointment.
N.B. If you need to change/cancel an appointment at any time, return to this web site, enter the 10-digit barcode number from your confirmation page, and click on the "Change/Cancel Appointment" button.
