Immigration Citizenship Appointment System - Instructions

This page is for persons who have already submitted applications and wish to follow up on the status of their applications

How to use the Citizenship Appointment System

  1. Click on the "Schedule Appointment" button below to select an available date and time for an appointment.
  2. Select an available appointment date from the calendar.
  3. Select a preferred time for your appointment, and then enter your Surname, First Name, Other Names, Date of Birth, Country of Birth, optional: Nationality, File #, Category, Application Date, Email Address, Telephone Number and second Telephone Number.
  4. N.B. the fields with the red asterisks are mandatory.
  5. Verify that all the information entered is correct, and then click "Submit".
  6. Print the appointment confirmation page and bring it with you to your appointment.

N.B. If you need to change/cancel an appointment at any time, return to this web site, enter the 10-digit barcode number from your confirmation page, and click on the "Change/Cancel Appointment" button.

All fees must be paid on submission of applications. Applications will not be accepted without payment of fees.
